The workouts are focused on progressive weight training for women over 40. The workouts will improve your body composition by regenerating lost muscle and strength.
It is suitable for all fitness and strength ability. Classes are taught live or on replay.
The focus is on building strength, stability, shape & confidence, along with developing great technique to rehabilitate and prevent injury.
There is a programme for total beginners, 3 times a week for improvers and 4 times a week for more advanced people.
