Unlike other fitness apps I deliver weekly live classes via the app for those who find it difficult to motivate themselves. The workouts are focused on progressive weight training for women over 40. My teaching methods focus on exercises that will improve your body composition by regenerating lost muscle and strength.
The focus is on building strength, stability, shape & confidence, along with developing great technique to rehabilitate and prevent injury.

How do I access the app
The app can be downloaded from the link above. You will need to set up an account and choose your payment type. The app works on a monthly subscription and can be cancelled at any time.
All classes are delivered via the app and are available to replay.
Is there a desktop version
Yes the app can be accessed on any laptop or tablet via the web link. You can then cast to any connected device as you wish.
What equipment do I need
Program 1 can be followed using body weight only and resistance bands.
For programs 2 & 3 I would recommned you purchase loose weights such as dumbells or a "Pump Set" with weights ranging from 1kg to 10kg
What program should I choose
Program one is for people totally new to exercise or recovering from an injury.
Programs 2 is the most popular course. This is for those new to weight lifting and looking to learn the required techniques.
Program 3 is for those looking to progress from level 2 and push themselves a little harder.
Program 4 is a gym program for guided lifting in a gym for those with established technique.
When are live classes taught
Live classes are delivered 3 or 4 times a week depending on the program. There is a timetable within the app showing when the next class will be taught.
For those unable to make the live classes every class is available on replay at your convenience.
