Equipment: A small barbell or whatever youve got
Accountability: Weekly check ins with a review
Coaching: 8am - 8pm on FB page
Mindset: There is a section dedicated to stress reduction including visualisation and breath work.
Sustainability: For life you'll be given an exit plan
